I am feeling privileged to have been invited to speak at an exciting event on 6th November 2018 at which Esther Rantzen will be the Keynote Speaker. The event, run by the Really Helpful Club, is entitled Advice and Solutions for the Sandwich Generation and is being held at the Roehampton Club, Roehampton Lane, SW15 5LR.

It aims to help the “Sandwich Generation”, that is those with elderly relatives to care for and children to support, to tackle the challenges that face them. Myself and other expert speakers will offer advice, guidance and solutions for:

• Mental and physical wellbeing for every stage of life
• Financial and legal planning
• Options for care and assisted living
• Combatting loneliness
